Goji-Nut Bliss Balls

This is a  great antioxidant rich & nutrient dense recipe the whole family will love!

Packed full of multiple protein sources, it seems wrong that something so tasty could be so good for you! A great protein snack to keep you going through your busy day.


  • 1 cup goji berries
  • 1.5 cups dates
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 2 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pea protein
  • 1 tsp bee pollen
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp propolis
  • Shredded/desicated coconut for coating


  1. Combine dates, cashews, walnuts and pepitas in food processor until blended into a crumb
  2. Add cacao, hemp seeds, pea protein, bee pollen, 2 tbps shredded coconut then blend
  3. Add goji berries, coconut oil and propolis honey then blend
  4. Roll in bite size balls and coat in coconut
  5. Refridgerate for 1-2 hours or until firm
